Questions before you book
Most routine tests such as CBC, blood sugar or lipid profile can be booked without a prescription. Some specialised tests require one — our agent will let you know during the confirmation call, and you can share a photo of the prescription over WhatsApp.
Standard tests are reported within 24 hours of collection. Specialised panels such as hormone or culture tests may take 48–72 hours. You will get an SMS as soon as your report is ready.
Fasting is required for tests like fasting blood sugar, lipid profile and some liver panels — typically 8–10 hours of overnight fasting with water allowed. Our team reminds you the evening before your appointment.
You can pay cash on collection, or use bKash, Nagad or a card. A payment receipt is issued instantly and your report is released regardless of payment method.
Absolutely. Enter the patient's name in the form and your own number as the contact. You can also add multiple patients in the notes field and we will arrange a single visit.
